Hey there!
Admittedly, I didn't put a lot of effort into getting to use Vox, but then again, neither did my friends who are over on LJ. So I'm "shutting" this down and leaving the account open on the off chance that I may need it later.

So I had a not-so-restful weekend. Friday I played hooky from work and read various and sundry materials for my debate. I hope to have everything ready by this weekend which will give me an entire week to fluff that which needs fluffing.
Saturday I drove up to Richmond to meet with my debate team. There are three of us who will each take a separate part of the debate (opening, rebuttal, closing). I have the closing. Our secret weapon is our rebuttal man. His real life job is Commonwealth’s Attorney for Bedford County. …we rock.
Today I came into work knowing that I have about three days of work to do. I can’t start on the work until I get certain paperwork from a fellow worker. As of the time stamp on this post, I haven’t received the paperwork. So now I have three days of work to do in 2.5 days.
The Beloved wants me to shave my beard.

Well, I have to admit that it's my mom's fruit salad -- bananas, grapes, oranges, apples with a sauce made from mayo and sweet pickle sauce. YUM, and it's even better for breakfast the next day.
(Oh, and this is a test to see if my Vox entry makes it to LJ...)
Yanno, I totally forgot I had this VOX account, b/c I had one of those stupid accts where you couldn't post, only reply to people's posts.
And that's fucking lame.

Music: I'm so in safe territory mode with music, it's hard to say.
What gameshow or reality show would you kick butt on?
The $x,000 Pyramid, Super Password/Password Plus, and Cash Cab. And, while I was a contestant on Pictionary, I'd have to add the original version -- Win, Lose or Draw, because they had celebs that actually knew how to play the game. (Yes, bitter after all these years...)
What was the last game you played?
No limit Texas Hold'em.
I relly suck at updateing this one. I'll try much harder to remember that it exists.
Right, so I finially relented and asked Rialtus for an invite to VOX. I can't promose that I will update this as much as I updae my live journal but I sure will try. If anything I can cut and paste the entires and go from there.
So right now I'm sitting with my sister-in-law, nephew, wife and dog. We are introcuding the nephew to the dog. I don't think either one is impressed with the other.
